Oddly, there were some discrepancies on board that I was surprised to see on a ship that's been sailing for several months.
The ship is gorgeous and the shows were ;positively outstanding! We paid for a cruise that ended up not even going to the intended port of Labadee, Haiti (Royal caribbean). No options, no credits, etc, not even a cancelation option.

You will not get to pick your room like you can from the cruise line. Oh, and all those benefits they advertise like free gratuities, yeah you aren't going to get those. Its better to use the cruise line or buy from a more reputable company, I would avoid this seller. Holland America is just as culpable as Cruises.com as their web pages only mentioned Singapore's restrictions when inquiring as to this 13 day Indonesia cruise. Obviously, had we known the restrictions, we would not have booked this cruise at all. Further, had we known these restrictions prior to 9 days of catching a flight for this cruise, we may have been able to arrange another cruise. Following Virgin Voyages, Celebrity Cruises clinches the second spot, offering an upscale cruising experience at competitive prices.
In fact, those entrance restrictions were in place prior to booking the trip in September. The trip advisor was able to accommodate my time constraints for the cruise. I booked most of my cruises through Cruise.com and it’s always a good experience.
As for drinks, I ordered a Snapping Pop at Dr. Inks., Ph.D. It was completely different — different color, different taste and different presentation — from what I received when I ordered the same drink on a sailing two months prior. I was told the drink had to be changed for several reasons. However, the old ingredients were listed on the menu, meaning passengers weren't getting what they thought they ordered.
My experience yesterday, however, was extraordinary. I had the good fortune to work with Taylor S, she really did go above and beyond to meet my requests. I have forward to working with her in the future. Wasn’t planning on booking anything, since I was just looking. Ended up getting a vacation package in the time frame I wanted with one call.
